However, there may be instances where delivery takes longer due to unavoidable circumstances, such as:
- Our staff is unable to contact the customer by phone, preventing the delivery.
- The provided delivery address is incorrect or hard to find.
- A sudden increase in order volume causes delays in processing.
- The supplier delays the shipment or the shipping partner faces delays.
Regarding shipping fees, we use third-party delivery services, and the shipping fee will be calculated based on the service provider's charges, depending on the location and order weight. The specific shipping fee will be communicated to the customer when confirming the order.
III. Geographic Limitations for Delivery:
For customers in provincial areas, especially bulk buyers or wholesale customers, we will use third-party delivery services. The shipping fees will be based on the transport provider’s charges or mutually agreed upon in the contract.
IV. Responsibilities of the Business and Logistics Service Providers in Providing Goods Documentation During Delivery:
- The delivery partner is responsible for providing documentation of goods during delivery.
- The delivery partner is also responsible for providing the necessary documents to the regulatory authorities when requested.
- All orders will be pre-packaged and sealed by angeleyes.vn before shipping.
- The logistics service provider is responsible for transporting goods according to the "original condition" principle.
- On the packaging of all orders, the following information will be provided:
- Recipient information: Name, phone number, and address of the recipient.
- Order tracking number.
- To ensure the safety of the goods, angeleyes.vn will include a valid financial invoice or delivery slip with the product in the shipment (if applicable). These documents are crucial for handling complaints, such as determining the market value of goods and ensuring lawful circulation.
V. Responsibility for Goods Damaged During Shipping:
For goods damaged during shipping, whether by our store or a third-party delivery service, we will take responsibility for resolving the issue for the customer.
- Customers have the right to refuse to receive the product and request an exchange or return according to the "Return and Refund Policy".
- Any further issues will be addressed by us with the delivery partner to resolve compensation based on the cooperation agreement between the company and the third-party service provider.
Note: In the case of a delivery delay, we will inform the customer promptly, and they can choose either to cancel or continue waiting for the shipment.
