ORDER INSPECTION POLICY
I. Definition
Order inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products received in the package sent by angeleyes.vn with the items listed in the customer’s order.
II. Time of inspection
angeleyes.vn allows customers to inspect their orders together with the delivery staff at the time of delivery (or within 30 minutes after receiving the package).
If any issues are found after receiving the goods, customers may contact our customer service team for support with exchanges or returns.
Note: Please record a video while unboxing the package for reference if needed.
III. Scope of inspection
Customers are allowed to count the actual number of received products and compare them with the confirmed order, based on the following criteria:
- Based on basic product attributes: product name, quantity, and customer information listed on the order documents.
- Based on the product images (thumbnails) saved at the time of ordering and confirmed by our staff.
- Do not open or break the seal of products with security or warranty seals.
- Do not scratch off any codes on products with point accumulation or gift redemption features.
- Customers are kindly requested not to use or open any products in the package while the inspection process with us is still ongoing.
IV. Steps to take if the received products do not match the order
If you inspect the order and find that the received items do not match what was ordered, please contact our hotline at 0971115122 to reach our customer service team for order confirmation.
If the discrepancy is due to an error made by angeleyes.vn in processing your order, you may refuse to accept and pay for the package. If the order was prepaid, customers can request a replacement or a refund. angeleyes.vn will process the refund as soon as possible.
