RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Products with manufacturing defects or items that do not function properly.
- Damaged goods caused by shipping.
- Incorrect items delivered (wrong model, type, or color).
- Missing items in the order.
If any of the above issues are found, please do not accept the delivery and ask our delivery staff to confirm the condition of the goods on-site and request an exchange or return. If you accept the goods without reporting the issue immediately, you must notify us within 24 hours from the time of receipt for a possible replacement. After 24 hours, we will not process returns or exchanges, as it will be assumed that you have accepted the product in its delivered condition.
General Return & Exchange Conditions:
- "One-for-one exchange" for products with issues within 7 days of purchase.
- The product must still have the original tags, labels, and invoice, and should not have been scratched, damaged, or broken.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days from the receipt of goods (based on the purchase invoice or delivery receipt).
- All accompanying documents such as receipts, invoices, delivery notes, warranty cards, and catalogues must be included.
However, some products may have different return and exchange conditions, which will be explained by our sales consultants during the purchasing process, including the return window and conditions specific to each product.
Return Fees:
Return fees will be fully covered by angeleyes.vn if the issue is due to our fault.
Return Process:
- If the returned product is available in stock, we will offer a replacement.
- If the product is out of stock, angeleyes.vn guarantees a 100% refund of the amount paid by the customer. The refund can be made through:
- Cash at angeleyes.vn or
- Bank transfer to the customer's account.
