WARRANTY POLICY

Angel Eyes contact lenses are eligible for a warranty period of up to 1 month from the date of purchase (excluding 1-day lenses).

During the usage period, if any issues or malfunctions occur – whether due to a manufacturing defect or user error – customers may directly contact the Angel Eyes customer service center or the manufacturer's warranty center for support.

I.Warranty Coverage

Warranty service refers to the repair or replacement of defects or malfunctions caused by manufacturing errors.

II.Warranty Conditions

  • The product will be eligible for free warranty service if it is still within the 1-month warranty period, calculated from the delivery date.
  • A valid warranty card and warranty seal/sticker from angeleyes.vn or the manufacturer must be presented.

III.Cases Not Covered Under Warranty

  • The product has exceeded the warranty period stated on the warranty card, or the warranty card is missing.
  • The warranty seal is torn, damaged, overwritten, or altered in any way.
  • The warranty card does not clearly show the serial number or purchase date.
  • The product shows signs of damage caused by insects, pests, or rodents.

IV.Warranty Service Location

If no specific service location is stated in the sales contract, delivery note, or warranty card, all products will be warranted at the manufacturer's authorized service center.

Angel Eyes staff will assist by either guiding the customer to the appropriate service center or sending the product to the manufacturer's warranty center on behalf of the customer.
